  The most recent Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra update (One UI 7 / Android 15) switched the app drawer to a vertical, continuous scroll by default, removing the horizontal paginated (page-by-page) view many users preferred. While there is no direct setting to return to the old alphabetical paginated list, there is a workaround: switching the app drawer’s sort order to "Custom" from the menu.
